The Exchange Hotel at Greenbushes.(est 1907) is undergoing a facelift and refurbishment to restore this grand lady back to her original self.

It is an expectation that the house is left in a clean and tidy state, dishes washed and put away, floors swept/hoovered - otherwise a $50 cleaning tariff will apply....
Give your family the farm experience of a lifetime. There is a variety of accommodation available for guests at Lucieville Farm Chalets. We have six chalets and a farm cottage set around a big lake. Go for a ride on our pedal boat or for a paddle on the canoes. The chalets back onto a large Forest Conservation Area which is riddled with tracks and paths to walk on.
Lucieville is a working 340 acre farm with all sorts of animals and things to look at. We have water buffalo, goats, emus, kangaroos, rabbits, guinea pigs, cattle, sheep, pigs, alpacas, horses, chooks, guinea fowl, peahens, turkeys and many more. Bring your family to the farm to share in the excitement of discovering and working with our farm animals.
Animal feeding takes place daily at 9:00am. Horse riding available.

Around the three level jetty's we have a large residence of ducks and water birds. We do have resident ducks that wander around at their leisure.
The many species of birds that have been sighted to date (different types) includes Redtail Cockatoos, Wrens, Honeyeaters, Western Rosella's, 28's and Red Robins, Owls, and so many more. All the different types are all around the cottages and the brilliant colours are amazing 55 + different types so far. The morning wakes you with the songs of nature. Much better than an alarm clock!
The cottages available have been renovated beautifully, and we are still making changes to them constantly. We have been renovating the old barn and other buildings including the original homestead buildings which were built in the fifties . When complete we will have more cottages available for guests. We certainly look forward to the completion of the projects. Each cottage has its own garden fenced off and a car port for vehicle protection from the weather.
The original owners planted 34 Olive Trees, now being some of the oldest in the area.
All our babies - Alpacas that is, are enjoying life, you are welcome to take a walk up the paddock to see them. Some of our young boys will go to farms this year to protect sheep herds, so if you have spent time with us before we will have a number of new babies on your next visit with us. Please DO NOT BRING DOGS or other animals onto our farm, this will ensure others enjoy their time with us.

Linen, including bed sheets and towels are supplied and although children are more than welcome, the second bedroom requires you to bring your own bedding, that is, doonas and pillows AND BED! In winter, bags of firewood can be found at the local shops nearby.
With prior arrangement, small to medium sized dogs are welcome with an additional $30 charge per stay. Please note you must clean up after your dog outside, and as the property is not fenced, when the dog is outside it must be kept on a leash.

The Caravan Park is centrally located right on the south side of the stunning Blackwood River bank. Our Caravan Park has all different kinds of accomodation from unpowered camp site, powered caravan sites to different style cabins overlooking the beautiful Blackwood river and also onsite caravans. On-site toilets and showers facilities, camp laundry and camp kitchen are provided. Dogs are permitted on a leash and with their owners at all times.
You can hire out a canoe at our lovely park or go for a walk or swim in the river. Our park is close to nature and in close walking distance to town. You can enjoy a relaxing time here....

Bridgetown House is a fully self contained home with two separate living areas, equipped kitchen, laundry, mini-library with a selection of new release DVDs, books & board games, slow combustion wood fires, heaters in each bedroom, wrap around verandahs, with an abundance of bird life amongst an orchard of fruit trees & mature Camellias, set on 1.5 acres of land just a stones throw from town.
The House was built in 1907 & has been completely restored to its former glory, consisting of a King size red room, a Queen size green room & another Queen size blue room.
It comprises of 3 double bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, two separate sitting/living areas with toasty slow combustion wood fires for the winter nights.
Perfect if you are looking for a romantic get-away for two or somewhere to unwind with friends or family.
All LINEN is provided, including towels, bath mats & even soaps for each guest & as it does get cold down there, we have 2 wood fires in the house, all wood is provided & there are heaters & electric blankets in all bedrooms & we also have an air-conditioner in the lounge area & fans in all bedrooms for the warmer nights.
Bridgetown House is 107 years new & was the main house for the old orchard. We currently have at least 10 of these trees still producing fruit.
