The Heritage Park is opposite the Discovery Centre on Blackwood Road in Greenbushes. There are display aspects of the mining industry including a mock shaft complete with head frame, machinery and a replica prospector’s hut.
Excellent picnic and BBQ facilities are available and the park is the start and finish point for three signposted walk trails;
Mining Heritage Walk - 3 km, 1 hour duration
New Zealand Gully Walk - 7 km, 3 hours duration
Greenbushes Loop - 15 km, 5 hours duration
