Some historical aspects of the tin mining industry are displayed in this park including machinery, a mock mine shaft with a head frame and a replica of a prospector's hut.

Along the main street of Greenbushes (Blackwood Road) information plaques show the location of premises of the early days. The court house built in 1899, is in Blackwood Road.  The Greenbushes Discovery Centre located opposite the Park is open to the public on a Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday between the hours of 10.00 am and 2.00 pm.
