"Understanding Women" at the Bridgetown Repertory Theatre

Tickets Bridgetown

Written by NZ playwright Devon Williamson and directed by Brian Baker.

Dave, the silent type, has been married for a hundred years, suave and confident Mike is a ladies' man, and completely clueless Julian is shy and inexperienced. They gather for the weekend in a garden shed, armed with a case of beer, women's magazines and a "holy book". Determined to crack the age-old mystery of women, what they find out is not quite what they expected!

Some drunken ponderings, a bit of role playing and relationship profiling, a dash of DIY and some self-discovery provide plenty of laughs and witty dialogue ... even if the men can't understand women, the audience will have fun watching them try!
